18.12.22 Advent Peace Vigil for Disarmament at GD/BIW in Bath

16 Maine peace activists attended the Advent Peace Vigil for Disarmament at GD/BIW in Bath on 12/22/18 under partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the low 50s, After gathering across from the GD/BIW Administration building at 11:30 AM, the group marched to the middle employee gate, but there were no employees on the Saturday morning shift due to Christmas. The group marched back to the GD/BIW administration building and held a closing circle while a new, deadly Zumwalt-class destroyer is being made ready for launch next year.
