Mainers from as far away as Rockland and Brunswick came to Augusta to demonstrate against the TPP. Smack down in the middle of the Augusta Chamber of Commerce/Board of Trade controlled Civic Center and Marketplace, funded through public largesse, Priscilla Jenkins of Winthrop, in conjunction with MOVE-ON, organized over a dozen demonstrators to brave cold temps and snow drifts and deliver the message, while Martha Spiess videotaped and interviewed savvy Mainers.
