15.08.15 Green Love Festival - Saturday
A fun-filled sunny steamy Saturday afternoon on Harry's Hill, with the Eric Green Party and a 25th anniversary celebration 4:20 community smoke-in with Looseleaf and Harry Brown. Dr. Dustin Sulak spoke truth from the main stage, with his young daughter at his side. The joint rolling contest produced a winning Sherlock Holmes pipe joint. The Party Band, from Lowell, MA, with their 20+ brass, woodwind and percussion instruments, rocked the whole field with a marching parade, joined by many hooping Hillcatz, dancers and children. Jordan Kaulback and his sister performed a rousing set on the main stage.
A sultry smoking Saturday night continued with Max Creek, a multigenerational jam band from Hartford, CT, that's been performing for 43 years. Storm Waters presented a multi-media show about environmental degradation featuring "Nursery Rhyme". Evening fun also included fire eaters and Harry Brown's Farm Fire Benders.
